By using Wealthra you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Wealthra ("Service", "Platform", "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Wealthra ("we", "us", "our").
1. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Be a resident of Australia (for CDR services)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide a unique username, valid email address, and secure password.
- Your username cannot be changed after account creation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
3. Service Description
Wealthra is a personal finance management platform that provides:
- Budget tracking and financial goal setting
- Transaction categorisation and analysis
- Bank account aggregation via Consumer Data Right (CDR)
- Financial reports and insights
- Asset and liability tracking
- AI-powered transaction categorisation (paid tiers)
4. Consumer Data Right (CDR) Services
4.1 CDR Consent: By connecting your bank accounts through CDR, you authorise us to access your banking data, use your data to provide personal finance management services, and store your data securely in accordance with CDR requirements.
4.2 Consent Duration and Withdrawal: CDR consent is valid for 12 months unless withdrawn earlier. You may withdraw consent at any time through Account Settings. Upon withdrawal, we will delete your CDR data within 30 days.
4.3 Data Use Restrictions: We will not use your CDR data for purposes beyond those disclosed. We will not share your CDR data with third parties without your consent. We will not use your CDR data for direct marketing.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Free Tier: Up to 3 connected accounts, 500MB storage, basic budgeting features, manual transaction categorisation.
Paid Tiers:
- Budgeter ($9.99/month): Up to 10 accounts, 2GB storage, AI categorisation
- Investor ($19.99/month): Unlimited accounts, 10GB storage, asset tracking, advanced reports
- Planner ($29.99/month): Unlimited accounts, 50GB storage, all features, priority support
Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Not reverse engineer or decompile the Application
- Not share your account with others
- Verify the accuracy of financial data and reports
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Wealthra and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your personal and financial data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Financial Advice: Wealthra provides tools for tracking and analysing your finances. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such advice.
Accuracy of Data: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that transaction data, categorisations, or reports are error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information.
Service Availability: We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to third-party failures.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 AUD, whichever is greater.
9. Data Export and Account Deletion
You may export your data in JSON or CSV format at any time through Account Settings.
Upon account deletion:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
- CDR data will be deleted within 30 days
- Personal data will be anonymised or deleted within 90 days
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (audit logs) for up to 7 years
- Deletion is irreversible and data cannot be recovered
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Dispute resolution process:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us at support@wealthra.com.au to attempt to resolve disputes informally
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, we agree to mediation before pursuing litigation
- Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Victoria, Australia
For CDR-related complaints: contact cdr@wealthra.com.au. If unresolved within 30 days, contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au or the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and CDR Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealthra regarding the Service.
